Step 2: We’re in, if you’re in
We wont work on the project unless you win or retain the instruction - they’re of course never shared with any other agents. We offer you instructions we receive direct from vendors, never other agents.
Step 3: Flawless viewings, sale ready
We manage and rent the home, to hand selected occupants who agree to allow viewings, anytime. They are not tenants, and must leave when sold. We typically generate a premium to a long let. We’re in the home every day there are viewings, cleaning, dressing - the sale is the priority.
Step 4: Your sale, you’re in control
You let us know when you want to come and view - its an instruction and not a request. We’re responsible for ensuring the home looks its best and presents its best, whenever you need it. We’re incentivised to help get the home sold - we make money when that happens.
